after you're on a seat plan, we offer optional upsell tiers — community, course, done-for-you, mastermind, enterprise, partnership. those are individual conversations rather than checkout buttons. drop a line when you're ready.

/faq the short answers

is there a free trial?: yes — every new workspace gets trial status with full functionality until you start a paid subscription. usage during trial isn't billed.
what counts as a "seat"?: one human in the workspace. invited team members count; bots and integrations don't. seats are licensed monthly via stripe — change the count anytime from your billing page.
BYOK — how does it work?: add your anthropic / openai / xAI key on the api keys page. we'll route AI calls through your key (the key never leaves our vault decrypted to the client). you pay the provider directly; we don't take a margin on BYOK usage.
what stops me from sharing a key across an agency?: nothing technical — workspaces are member-scoped and seat-billed, so you'd be sharing a key but still paying per seat. that's fine with us.
can I see usage before the invoice?: yes — /account/billing shows live token counts metered to stripe. invoices land via email on the 1st each month.
where does the money go?: stripe handles payments. we don't store card details. tax behavior follows your billing address. refunds are case-by-case; cancellations stop further billing immediately.
are there discounts for agencies / resellers?: yes — talk to us if you're bringing >50 seats. the reseller tier is structured around the same per-seat unit, with margin on usage.
